The UFS-NGS Unit approached us with a clear goal — to modernise its online presence and make its cutting-edge genomics work accessible to a wider audience. As a leading genomics and bioinformatics facility at the University of the Free State, the Unit needed a website that reflected both its technical precision and its vital role in global health research.
Our task was to design a high-performance, research-driven website that communicates complex information in a simple, structured way. The site highlights the Unit’s expertise in next-generation sequencing, training programmes, and partnerships, while maintaining a professional aesthetic suited to an academic institution.
